Имеем с сайтом одну проблему и одну задачу.

1. В теме есть шаблон страницы недвижимости ( http://preview.themeforest.net/item/real-places-responsive-wordpress-real-estate-theme/full_screen_preview/12579089?_ga=1.160767349.99379467.1490960266 ) При создании такого рода странички и выбора соответствующего шаблона вывод контента который внесен через админку игнорируется.
Задача: для SEO целей нужно сделать вывод статьи до начала списка недвижимости или после него.
В настройках шаблона через админку добавить эту фичу возможности нету, нужно сделать вывод через php файлы которые отвечают.
