Технический надзор
В нежилом помещении (полуцокольный этаж старого жилого 5-этажного дома) делается ремонт. ГАСК назвал это реконструкцией и заставил делать проектную документацию. Проект будет готов через неделю. Пока он готовиться ищем человека для заключения договора технического надзора.
Несущие стены никак не затрагиваются. Межкомнатные перегородки уже почти удалены, пол почти демонтирован (старая бетонная стяжка, до земли). Суть ремонта в заливке нового бетонного пола и обустройстве новых межкомнатных перегородок.

Нужен человек с соответствующим сертификатом, с которым заключим договор, и который раз или два раза приедет на объект, посмотрит, распишется в журнале.
