Technical assignment for the analysis of hydraulic and hydrodynamic characteristics of a check valve with a lever for a counterweight.
Project goal:
To develop a three-dimensional model with a complete set of drawings and specifications detailing the design of the check valve with a lever for a counterweight.
Analysis of the hydraulic and hydrodynamic characteristics of the check valve with a lever for a counterweight during the flow of clean water through the valve disc at various speeds.
Note:
- determine the magnitude of the force that needs to be applied to the valve disc for its instant closing and opening, so that the closing time and opening time of the disc meet the specified value);
- the flow capacity of the valve at various angles of rotation of the disc;
Developer tasks:
Create a 3D model of the check valve with a lever for a counterweight, installed in the position specified by the customer;
Develop a complete set of drawings and specifications for manufacturing, assembly, and installation;
Create a detailed animation of the movement of the valve disc in the operational mode of its work in the specified direction of flow and pressure.
Conduct hydraulic and hydrodynamic analysis of the flow movement and operation of the valve.
Calculate the duration of the lifespan of the mechanical part of the valve in intensive operation mode.
After reviewing your applications, a specification for the dimensions and composition of the equipment will be sent.
Conditions of execution:
The contractor agrees to sign a contract for the transfer of copyright for the development.
Signing an NDA (non-disclosure agreement) is a mandatory condition.
The project is considered completed after the manufacturer confirms the availability of all necessary documentation with specifications, including all components.
Requirements for the contractor:
Experience in mechanics, hydrodynamics, and hydromechanics, and proficiency in SolidWorks, CAD, ANSYS, etc.
