Search for a Client Manager (Season Plus, Rivne)

About the Company

The company "Season Plus" is engaged in the sale of plastic windows, doors, and related products.

Recruiter's Tasks

Find candidates for the position of Client Manager and bring them to an interview with the manager.

Recruiter's responsibilities:

• Posting job vacancies.
• Active search for candidates.
• Initial phone interview.
• Recording video interviews.
• Transmitting video and candidate information.
• Organizing an interview with the manager.

Candidate Profile

Mandatory Requirements

• Age preferably 25–40 years.
• Fluent Ukrainian language.
• Confident PC user.
• Responsibility and discipline.
• Communication skills.
• Ability to learn quickly.
• Willingness to work full-time.

Advantages

• Experience as a client manager.
• Experience in sales.
• Experience with CRM systems.
• Experience with product calculation programs, estimates, or commercial proposals.
• Experience in construction, windows, doors, furniture, roofing, or other goods where order calculations are necessary.

Main Responsibilities of the Future Employee

• Receiving incoming calls and inquiries.
• Processing applications from the website, messengers, and social networks.
• Consulting clients.
• Preliminary cost calculation of products.
• Formulating commercial proposals.
• Working in a CRM system.
• Supporting the client from the first inquiry to the completion of the order.

The manager does not transfer the client to another seller but leads them independently to the completion of the deal and order fulfillment.

Questions for the Video Interview

Video duration: 10–15 minutes.

4. What is your greatest professional achievement?
5. Have you worked with clients over the phone and in messengers?
6. Have you had experience calculating the cost of goods or services?
7. What programs have you used in your work?
8. Have you worked with CRM systems? Which ones?
9. How would you act if a client is taking a long time to make a decision?
10. How would you act if a client is dissatisfied with the price?
11. What salary level do you expect?
12. When are you ready to start working?
13. Why should you be invited for an interview?

Criteria for Candidate Submission

Only submit candidates who:

• live in Rivne or are willing to work in Rivne;
• are looking for long-term employment;
• are willing to undergo training;
• have reasonable salary expectations;
• are confident computer users;
• comfortably communicate with clients over the phone;
• meet the age guideline of 25–40 years (or have strong relevant experience).

Payment Proposal (I will consider your offers)

500 UAH

For each candidate who:

• meets the job requirements;
• has passed the initial selection;
• recorded a video interview;
• was submitted for consideration by the company.

Bonus 5000 UAH

If the candidate:

• started the internship;
• successfully completed 5 calendar days of the internship;
• after that worked at least 5 more working days.
