Hello! I am looking for an SMM specialist from Ukraine to manage the Instagram of an American brand of professional builder gels — O&E Beauty by Two Sisters. The products are sold in the USA, including on Amazon. The Instagram account needs to be managed primarily in English for an American audience. I need not just someone to publish ready-made posts. The specialist must independently organize content creation: find various nail masters in Ukraine, negotiate collaboration with them, send them technical assignments, control the shooting, and obtain high-quality photos and videos using our gels. What needs to be done: Fully manage the brand's Instagram: regularly publish Reels; design posts and Stories; write texts in English; select hashtags and music; create a monthly content plan; maintain a consistent professional style for the page. Find nail masters and content creators in Ukraine: search for masters with beautiful work and quality shooting; negotiate collaboration; organize the shipment of products to the masters; provide detailed technical assignments; control deadlines and quality of work; receive original photos and videos from the masters without watermarks. Organize the shooting of our builder gels with different masters. The videos must show: the jar and packaging of the product; the true color of the gel; the consistency; application on the nail; self-leveling of the material; strengthening or extending nails; filing and finishing; the final result; nails in different lighting; the professional work of the master with the product. Process the content: edit dynamic Reels; add English captions, subtitles, and music; create different versions of videos for Instagram, advertising, and Amazon; save and transfer all original materials. Prepare advertising materials: create promotional videos and images; suggest ideas for promotion; preferably have experience setting up Meta Ads; analyze which videos get more views, clicks, and sales. Expected volume per month: 8–12 quality Reels; regular Stories; posts with products and works of masters; collaboration with at least 3–5 different nail masters; monthly content plan; report on completed work and results. The number of publications can be discussed with the specialist. Requirements: experience managing Instagram in the nails, beauty, or professional cosmetics field; ability to find and organize the work of UGC creators and nail masters; good taste and understanding of modern Reels; responsibility and adherence to deadlines; basic knowledge of English or the ability to create content in English correctly; understanding of the American audience will be an advantage; experience working with Meta Ads will be an advantage. All created photos, videos, originals, and edited materials must be transferred to the brand with the right to use them on Instagram, Amazon, on the website, and in paid advertising.
