Telegram bot, but not exactly

We have:
1 general group in Telegram
1 work account in Telegram
4 managers
3 other personal users
Managers communicate from the work account with clients and in our general group.
What is the problem?
Since there is only one work account and 4 managers, it is unclear in the general group which manager is writing something, as each of the 4 managers is authorized through this work account in Telegram and all messages in the chat always come from one sender, resulting in "personal users" not being able to understand who exactly the messages in this group are coming from.
Task:
To have this general work group, where there will be internal communication among all its participants, each participant will be identified (specifically these 4 managers who are currently working under one account), while each of the managers will remain in the work account for communication with clients.
Obvious options:
It will not be possible to authorize all managers through their personal accounts, as communication with clients must be done by all from the work account where there is a single number, + personal accounts are personal.
Non-obvious solution:
I saw a bot that resembles a general chat but has operator connections.
That is, general messages go into a general feed but then there is some separation and personalization of messages.
I do not know exactly how it works and if it will fit, but maybe this is it.

A Telegram bot is created, connected to your working group.
Each manager logs into this bot under their Telegram profile (registers their name). It’s better to make a super admin who can add everyone by their TG nickname to the database so that managers can register themselves later and no one except the chosen ones can use the bot.
When a manager writes a message → the bot sends it to the group in its name, but adds a tag (e.g. [Manager Olena] text).
For clients, everything remains unchanged: they communicate directly with the working account.
And in the internal group, it is visible who exactly wrote.

Hello, there is such an option:
Managers write to the bot in private → the bot publishes messages in the group with a note of who the author is. Thus, in the group, there is still one "sender" (the bot), but the manager's name is visible in the text. Example:
[bot] [Anton] I'm sending the receipt to the finance department…
[bot] [Ivan] I'm checking the KIK…
Each manager writes to the bot once /alias Anton.
Then instead of a direct message to the group, he sends the bot /say Text
