Telegram бот с интеграцией с CRM Laravel
Необходим телеграм бот для агенства недвижимости. Что бы мы хотели видеть в функционале:
Интеграция с срм написанной на php laravel - база объектов недвижимости со множеством фильтров;
Интеграция с сайтом - данные с базы срм тянутся сразу на сайт со всеми фильтрами как в срм, только без номера телефона собственника (естественно). Необходима возможность выставления фильтров в боте, что бы объекты по ним тянулись с нашей базы;
Сигментация - есть три варианта недвижимости для клиентов (бюджетный, средний и дорогой). Нужно что бы по каждому были разные объекты с вариантами лайк/дизлайк/оставить номер;
Возможность оставить контакт для обратной связи и его экспорт в срм lirax (в идеале) или в таблицу;
Возможность (со стороны админки) делать отложенные посты и осуществлять их рассылку подписчикам бота;Уведомления о новых объектах (база пополняется ежедневно), которые тянутся с срм laravel по фильтрам указанным клиентом ранее.
В будущем будет необходима реализация электронных платежей. Сразу скажу что ищем человека, который в будущем будет заниматься поддержкой бота и его апгрейдом. Пишие свою цену и обязательно сроки. Заключаем договор при сотрудничестве.
