Телеграм бот - полноценная биржа студенческих работ

Необходимо создать полгоценный ресурс для пользования клиентами (студентами) и исполнителями студенческих работ.
Язык не важен.
Есть пример (разрабатывал один человек, но не может довести проект до конца), там реализовано практически все что есть в тз, наглядно показывает нашу хотелку. Скину при общении.
В боте должен быть функционал, как, к примеру, во фриланс ханте (только в урезанном варианте, насколько это позволяет телеграм).
В файле — там показана структура и логика ресурса. (Еще немного дополнится, совсем чуть чуть, все расскажу при личной беседе).
Само тз скину отдельно, там все расписано.
Выполнить нужно +- за 2 недели.

Уже есть готовый "Гарант бот" (прикрепил).
Функциональность этого бота схожая с вашим "псевдо-ТЗ". Там вывод и ввод через QIWI, но я смогу запилить другую платёжку если нужно.
Могу продать самого Гарант бота, но я думаю, что не нужно. Я показал этого бота чтобы вы поняли, что я имею опыт в этой "сфере".
