6 . If the administrator clicked Repeat - in the form you need to re-introduce the data in the field (light the required fields).
You need to connect this form and the tg bot.
Of course, link it to sessions so that different users simultaneously fill in forms.
You can use the session number from the cookies, as a user indicator, registration on the site will not be.
The form should be on JS and pure HTML, you can with the BD and PHP connection.
