Creating a task:

User roles:
- Everyone can be both performers and task setters
- Admin — sees everything

Task statuses:
- Accepted

Notifications:
- When a task is sent → the performer receives a message
- When the performer accepts the task → the setter receives the status "Accepted"
- When the performer changes the status → the setter sees the changes
