The task consists of writing a bot that works 24/7, which:
1. Greets the user and sends the first message
2. Offers the user to choose the time to receive the next messages (for example, from 7 AM to 7 PM) 7:00, 8:00, 9:00, 10:00 ... 19:00, after the user has chosen, for example, 12:00
3. Sends the message "I have noted your choice, expect the next message tomorrow at 12:00"
4. For the next 5 or 7 or maybe a little more days, every day at 12:00 sends the user new pre-prepared content that will consist of TG posts, photos and text, possibly video
