Понадобится библиотека Telethon, но она будет писать не от имени бота, а от имени администратора(человека)
Телеграм бот не имеет права писать клиенту первым
Если убрать в схеме телеграм канал, то запросто можно это реализовать
(убрать = переместить чуть дальше по структуре) -
Господа, спасибо за ответы и предложения. Я внимательно вас слушаю. Конечная цель в том чтоб, человек с одним кликом с вебсайта мог связаться с продавцом товара. Но краткая информация/скриншот итд.. с вебсайта должна автоматически сгенерироваться в начале сообщения от покупателя (ну чтоб продавец не запутался о чем идет речь и чтоб и покупатель не парился писать начальное сообщение продавцу).
Андрей, если добавление человека в Телеграм канал нужно переместить и при этом можно достичь поставленной цели, то это не страшно, но это можно произойти. -
Тогда смотрите, как можно сделать, распишу по шагам:
1) На веб сайте под каждый товар размещается "уникальная" ссылка, которая ведет в телеграм бот (bot_name?start=N), где N - номер товара в базе данных
2) Как только человек попадает в бот и нажимает на кнопку старт, ему предлагает подписаться на канал, в это время приходят уведомления Администратору и Продавцу в боте
3) Продавцу приходит кнопка, присоединиться к чату
Как только он на нее нажимает, приходит сообщение клиенту "Продавец Анвар присоединился к чату + какое-то приветственное сообщение"
А продавца перекидывает в отдельную чат-сессию, где и происходит дальнейшая продажа
