Temporary work for a PHP / Wordpress developer ($14/hr)

This opportunity is a 3+ months engagement which will require you to be ready to dedicate about 20 hours per week to PHP / Wordpress development work for my client located in North America.
The engagement assumes working on a number of relatively small concurrent projects with PHP at their core.
The skillset of the successful candidate is as follows:
Required:
- good PHP
- experience with developing custom Wordpress plug-ins from scratch
- working knowledge of relational databases (MySQL preferred)
- comfortable with GIT
- English (enough to read and understand project requirements)
Preferred:
- experience with PHP Framewords, such as Yii, CodeIgniter or a general understanding of MVC frameworks
- RESTful API experience
- knowledge of jQuery/JavaScript
- experience with Google Cloud Hosting is a big plus
If the successful candidate proves him-/herself a professional, there may be a possibility to increase the workload to even more than 20 hours per week as well as to extend the cooperation after the initial 3 months period.
