На странице Лида сделать возможной инициацию звонка, как на странице Контакта (кликом по номеру или по иконке телефонной трубки рядом с номером).
При этом
1. Исходящий звонок должен быть прикреплён к Лиду.
2. Если в Лиде указан Контакт - звонок должен быть прикреплен также и к контакту
3. Если в Лиде указан Контрагент - звонок должен быть прикреплен также и к Контрагенту
Мы используем Webitel callmanager. Поэтому, нужно учитывать, что там отдельный раздел CDR, который связывается с разделом Звонки в Creatio.
