1. Editing:
CapCut / Premiere / After Effects (or equivalent)
understanding of short format (hook, retention, clips)
2. AI:
using AI for video (Pika, Runway, CapCut AI, etc.)
voiceover generation (ElevenLabs or analogs)
understanding of automation and skills in its settings
3. Content thinking:
understanding TikTok algorithms
ability to make videos that are watched to the end
sense of style and atmosphere
4. IMPORTANT:
ability to work with meaningful content (not just trendy editing)
ability to maintain a single line of content (series)
