Сейчас приложение получает статус каждой ноды и обновляет state.
Необходимо сделать:
Получать блоки из эндпоинта, поместить их в state и рендерить в список согласно дизайна.
Acceptance criteria:
- Блоки отображаются при открытии карточки
- Load, Error, Empty state отображаются когда это необходимо
- Весь написанный код должен быть покрыт тестами со статусом Success
- UI соответствует дизайну
