There is a certain system (telephony) that stores audio conversations.
It is necessary to write a service that will download a conversation via API, transcribe it, read, analyze the text, mark it according to some rules (such as finding key words + their synonyms, etc., possibly determine that it is a phone bot call, etc., for the start, not many rules are needed).
As I see it: we take a service like Google Speech-to-Text AI and feed the text to some model for analysis and marking.
All this can be put into a MySQL database, and the code is either in Python or PHP.
