Пишу это не столько для заказчика, сколько для тех фрилансеров, кто склонен брать цифры "с потолка" по принципу "хватит мне на неделю столько денег или нет". Давайте посчитаем РЕАЛЬНУЮ стоимость такой работы.
В показанных заказчиком примерах на каждое изображение нужно затратить не один час времени даже имея хорошие навыки, планшет WACOM, фото автомобилей (которые тоже нужно поискать и на рисунки (!) с которых тоже могут распространятся авторские права владельцев фото с многотысячедолларовыми штрафами (! сюрприз).
Исходя из опыта, каждая иллюстрация займет приблизительно от 3-4 часов и более (если Вы, конечно, не гений рисунка, но тогда цена Вашей гениальности очевидно должна быть высока) .
3-4 часа -- это еще очень оптимистичная оценка, проработка деталей (в векторе) может занять больше (в разы).
При бюджете 8К грн это составит 178 грн за картинку (как было сказано выше, около 7 долл), что очевидно меньше даже минимальных ставок оплаты подобной работы по статистике этого сайта (посмотрите соответствующий раздел).
То есть заказчик предлагает оплату не более 60 грн/час (2,4 $/час) если каждая иллюстрация займет в среднем 3 часа и 45 грн/час (1,8 $/час) -- если 4 часа.
В реальности я думаю ставка будет еще ниже, так как скорее всего каждая иллюстрация займет в разы больше времени, чем 3 часа .
В идеале при 180 полностью загруженных этой работой часах в месяц и таких расценках, в условно в идеальном случае 3 часа на 1 картинку, ваш доход составит сумму 10 800 грн/мес (430 долл). При 4 часах на картинку -- 8 100 грн/мес. (324 долл.)
Но не обольщайтесь даже этими не слишком большими в современных реалиях Украины цифрам.
В реальности времени будет потрачено больше (Вы не сможете работать по 8 часов в день без перерыва), поэтому указанные цифры будут меньше как минимум на треть -- соответственно, это 7 200 грн и 5 400 грн при эффективности работы 70% (это хороший показатель, у многих он меньше).
И это, повторюсь, исходя из расчетных (почти идеальных) 3-4 часах на 1 картинку и (тоже почти идеальных) 70% эффективности труда.
А теперь зададимся вопросом:
Вы готовы работать за такую оплату на ФРИЛАНСЕ, то есть неся затраты на аренду жилья и амортизацию компьютера/планшета, которые тоже стоили Вам денег, затраты на Ваше потраченное на обучение и опыт время и неся прочие затраты и риски -- ведь никто не дает гарантии стабильной ежемесячной оплаты
Готовы получать оплату на уровне "оператора компьютерного набора" или даже ниже?
Судя по ставкам некоторых фрилансеров, повторяющихся от одного заказа к другому -- вполне готовы. Видимо, "просто сегодня очень нужны деньги, и плевать, что будет завтра", потому готовы опускать себя сами на уровень неквалифицированного труда и понижая свою самооценку каждой такой ставкой.
Резюме.
Научитесь наконец считать, сколько в действительности стоит Ваш труд.
Ведь мы во многом (в основном) сами делаем статистику "средней стоимости работы", а не пресловутый "рынок", на котором много заказчиков, "внаглую" ставящих неадекватные расценки и что удивительно -- не меньше фрилансеров, согласных и дальше получать нищенскую оплату за хороший труд.
Составьте табличку в экселе, чтобы наглядно видеть свои затраты за месяц и стоимость Вашего времени.
П.с.
я даже не говорю, что очевидно человек желает получить картинки, которые будет потом продавать на стоке -- несложная операция в формате "купил (дешево) -- продал (дороже)". Почему бы фрилансеру тогда самому не сделать то же самое в этом несложном процессе? Обязательно нужен "дядя", который заработает на Вас, чтобы Вы сделали ту же самую работу за значительно меньшие деньги?
