This should be a custom development, without a single plugin, and a new theme.
I am interested in the difference between custom themes on ACF and Block themes. Specifically - project structure, what is the file structure for a block theme, and whether it is possible to separately highlight, preferably automatically, the styles of the first block of the page to be embedded in the page.
