- Reproduction of the existing pavilion frame;
- Connection to the real environment (residential buildings, fences, surfaces);
- Accurate reproduction of geometry based on the provided drawings.

- Canopy covered with profiled sheet;
- Paving slabs color mix (black/white);
- Advertising on the floor.

- The same as in option 1;
- Trade rows (street points/kiosks);
- Advertising spaces.

- Canopy covered with profiled sheet;
- Glazing around the perimeter;
- Floor covering with tiles + paving slabs color mix on the ground;
- Placement of trading networks/tenants;
- Advertising spaces.
💰 Estimated cost:
For three visualization options with the location model:

The cost includes:
- Creation of a 3D scene;
- 3 conceptual options;
- 2–3 angles for each option;
- Color correction and realism;
- One iteration of revisions.
⏳ Deadline:
👉 10–14 days after receiving the materials.
There is an option for phased delivery — first the model of the area, then the options.
