Программа TSLab своим функционалом хорошо подходит для разработки, тестирования и отладки торговых стратегий в т.ч. по историческим данным. Также туда можно вбить/запрограммировать готовую торговую стратегию и подключить бота к работе с биржей, однако если Ваш источник дает готовые сигналы для захода в позицию со всеми необходимыми данными, то гораздо проще будет написать обычного торгового бота на Python, который будет получать информацию и работать непосредственно с биржей через API Key.
Иными словами в описании, данном Вами, TSLab кажется лишней инстанцией, усложняющей цепочку взаимодействия.
Узнайте у человека:
- в каком конкретно формате будут поступать сигналы, нужна ли торговая стратегия или достаточно вводить полученные данные и нажимать "Купить/Продать";
- если для Вас нет свободы выбора, то как эти сигналы будут Вам передаваться. В ином случае можно подключить телеграм бота, никаких санкций за это не последует;
- частота подачи сигналов, ручной ввод или автоматическая работа 24/7, споты или фьючерсы (написание конечного бота зависит и от этих мелочей тоже).
С этими данными и картина станет яснее, и Вам самим будет проще.
