За процент работают только в торговле недвижимостью. Если вы найдете потратить время на http://www.conformato.com, то станет ясно, что sales manager должен получать оклад обеспечивающий его прожиточный минимум+%. Из тех объявлений, что на данной бирже мелькают периодически - это оклад в 400 у.е.+10%. И тогда откликов будет больше, от людей с базами, скриптами и опытом. Иначе обеспечите бестолковую текучку. Можете не благодарить.
Для штатных сотрудников - однозначно согласен. Для удаленных, которые работают по своему графику, и получают процент от продаж - нет. Я предлагаю для них до 20% от продаж, планов продаж тоже нет - хочешь заработать - прояви активность, не хочешь - никто не заставляет. Есть положительный опыт по другим направлениям.

Market analysis and search: Find current offers for the sale of a specific type of packaging equipment on European platforms (B2B marketplaces, auctions, liquidation warehouses, factories). 2. Communication with sellers: Contact potential sellers to clarify the technical condition, configuration, availability of documentation, final price, and possibility of disassembly/pickup. 3. Compiling a comparative table: Provide a report with 3–5 best options, including: links, photos/videos of operation, technical specifications, price, location, and unloading conditions.
We are looking for a specialist with experience in the industrial, construction, or technical B2B sector, who has practical experience in cold lead generation and independently organizes the client search process. Within the project, it is necessary to: find potential clients (general contractors, HVAC integrators, manufacturers of metal structures, metal surface treatment companies); collect contacts of responsible persons; make initial contact via email and cold calls; qualify leads and pass on potentially interested clients; maintain a contact database in CRM (TeamSale) or transfer it in an agreed format. Task: Process a data table that already contains 100 companies. Work for 2-3 weeks with a workload of 2-4 hours (via Safe).
