    Какие именно страницы дублируются? Как обычно нужно прописать соответствующее правило с .htaccess?

    Эти дубли видны в админке самого компонента.

    Я так понимаю, что их надо удалить. 

    А путем прописываний правил через .htaccess - можно, но зачем, если, как по мне, лучше удалить с админки компонента, чем расширять каждый раз .htaccess . Имхо.

    Могу ошибаться.
