Улучшение CRM системы

Есть 1 нетривиальная задача,-
У нас есть CRM система Django(Web-Framework)(Язык Python).
Она находится в постоянной доработке, делает junior специалист.
Основные ее задачи :
- Общение с onesignal по API (добавления текстов для пуш уведомлений наших приложений)
- Общение с трекером keitaro по API (добавление потоков в кампании)
Также есть админка которая дает доступы пользователям, добавляет новые приложения, мониторит отправку пушей и много других мелких задач.
В CRM есть куча мелких багов - которые нужно находить и устранять.
В связи с этим -
Ищу middle, senior специалиста, который хорошо знает Django(Web-Framework)(Язык Python) и понимает для чего нужен onesignal и keitaro. Опыт работы с вышеупомянутыми сервисами будет большим плюсом.
