You have a good site, the only one would add more visual of the attractions themselves, further some "covering jacks", and would reduce the load of pages. This is in general, if you look more in detail, there may be more suggestions.

If you have badly sold tickets, then you should also look at the marketing strategy of promotion: how you are advertising, where, how advertising sites interact with each other, what you have the sales wing. This is all very important for organizing ticket sales.
