Good day!
I have reviewed the website in detail — the main page, categories, subcategories, and product pages. Here is the complete list of what I see and what can be improved:
Main page:
— Icons in the header (cart, profile, favorites) — small and not contrasting, difficult to click on mobile
— The "View" button on the banner — the yellow color blends into the background
— Badges "New/Hit/Promotion" cover product photos
— "Add to cart" buttons — only appear on hover, unavailable on mobile
— Search — small icon, should be made into an expanded field
— No reviews about the store on the main page at all — add a block after the bestsellers
… — Add a block "Store Advantages" (delivery, warranty, returns)
— Sticky header while scrolling is missing
Category page:
— One card without a photo (placeholder with a camera) — needs to be fixed
— SEO text at the bottom — a solid wall of text, needs to be formatted more readably
Subcategory page:
— Only 4 products in a row — on a wide screen, there is a lot of empty space
— Filters on the left look minimalist — can improve the visual
Product page:
— Review form without styling — needs to improve appearance
— "Also see" block — cards are cut off, inconvenient to scroll
— Breadcrumbs are very small — hard to read

Good day!
I reviewed the website — here’s what I see and what can be improved:

Homepage:
- Product categories show product photos instead of icons - it looks chaotic,
it's better to replace them with clean icons or illustrations in a unified style.
- Reviews are only in the footer as links - bring a block with real reviews
to the homepage between "Best Sellers" and "Sale."
- The banner takes up a lot of space but the CTA button "View" gets lost - make it
… more noticeable and contrasting.
- The labels "New," "Hit," "Promotion" on product cards overlap each other -
it looks cluttered, it needs to be organized.
- Page loading without default styles - this causes layout shift.

Product card:
- The buttons "Buy" and "Order Quickly" look almost identical - "Buy" should be the main (bright), "Order Quickly" — secondary (outline).
- The delivery icon - a large red block with arrows looks like an error,
replace it with a proper delivery icon.
- The review form directly on the product page takes up a lot of space - it's better to collapse
it into a "Write a Review" button.
- The block "Products You Viewed" at the bottom - the cards are too small, hard to click.

General:
- The chat widget at the bottom right overlaps content on mobile.
- The phone in the footer is not highlighted as clickable for mobile users.

From what I noticed while reviewing:
Page: Home
In the menu, align the width of the element or fix it, as it jumps when transitioning between pages.
Adjust the icons at the top where the cart is, etc.
The hover effects on link elements in text format, for example, the footer, can be improved.

Page: Product
… Adjust the padding in the blocks, align where the price and buttons are.
The Delivery, Payment, Guarantee blocks where the icons are can be made smaller.

Page: Categories
Also, adjust the padding.

Regarding mobile adaptation:
As far as I understand, the site is generally mobile adaptive but opens only by button; we can make it automatically adaptive in the usual way.

Do you mean to display the reviews module on the home page? We can do that too.

I can work on such details more thoroughly and show what else we can improve.
After that, we can see the overall scope of work and based on that, estimate the timeline and budget.
