Smart home. Assistance in choosing devices and setting up the system
Looking for an assistant, a person with experience in smart home integration in their apartment or in a commercial project.
Renovation is underway, and it is necessary to select the required control devices in advance that can be embedded under switches and in the panel system, which can then be linked into a single control system from one application. Preferably apple Home, as the user has iOS devices and apple tv.
The final task is to determine how stable this option is, what nuances exist, and of course, to calculate the cost of this pleasure. Therefore, a person with experience is needed to understand which control relays to choose and how to configure them in the application later. For further daily use and the ability to set some basic scenarios.
It is planned to integrate the following devices into the control system:
- Main room lighting, separately.
- Additional decorative RGB lighting in the rooms.
- Air conditioners
- Outdoor roller shutters (motorized)
- Underfloor heating
- Room temperature level (humidity, CO2 preferably)
- Motion sensor in the corridor for automatic activation
- Voice control
! Options for a system based on XAIOMI with plug-in devices are not considered. There is already experience, it is inconvenient, bulky, and the stability of their servers leaves much to be desired.
