Универсальный модуль авторизации.
Нужно написать универсальный модуль, который будет проверять логин/пароль пользователей при входе на сайт или/и проверять пользователей по ip.
Но основное в этом задании сделать модуль универсальным, что бы он смог легко подключаться к любому сайту.
В идеале это должен быть один модуль управления доступом к различным сайтам.

Я просмотрел ваше тз, хочу заметить, что ip адрес можно с легкостью подменить ( широко известный опыт, когда на stackoverflow.com подменили ip и зашли как главный администратор посторонний человек ). Так же на данный момент только небольшое количество пользователей имеют выделенный ip, так что вам с трудом будет инициализировать пользователей. Вы никогда не сможете определить реальный ip, вы будите только то, что захотят пользователи чтоб вы видели. Хочу отметить, что вы не узнаете реальный ip если человек заходит с turbo boost ( ускорение сайтов в браузере ) поскольку все они на данный момент используют прокси. Так что , то что вы хотите сделать, будет работать только для 3% пользователей
