I need a financial expert who can compile everything into a dashboard where I can see daily and monthly net profit broken down by each individual sales channel. I am the owner of an e-commerce project. We work with various traffic sources and marketplaces, and we also have a network of suppliers. Currently, there is a need to systematize financial accounting. What needs to be implemented: Create an automated or semi-automated spreadsheet in Google Sheets. The operations manager will enter basic input data daily, and the spreadsheet should automatically compile financial results. I have attached a photo of how the final result should look. Instead of product categories, there should be the traffic source. Input data: Sources: Rozetka, Prom, Epicentr, Google Ads, Hotline. Basic metrics: number of leads, statuses, purchase cost, margin. Advertising expenses (from accounts) and marketplace commissions. What needs to be implemented (columns for each source separately): Number of received and confirmed orders. Cost per acquisition (CPA). Advertising expenses and marketplace commission. Margin. ROAS / ROI. Net profit per day (Margin - [Advertising + Commissions]). Consolidated net profit for the month by each channel. Additional block (Finance): Cash Flow: recording actual income and expenses (to see the real cash flow). Balance: summarizing current balances in the company's accounts for each day. Final result: A fully prepared and configured Google Sheet. The areas for manual input by the manager should be protected from accidental deletion of formulas. Additionally, a short video instruction on daily filling of this spreadsheet or a call with the operations manager is required.
