добрый день. на нолте с 8гб озу у вас скорее всего файловая система 1с. могу предложить разместить 1с на своём кластере в европе и проблем не будет.

А инсталяшка 1С имеется (возможно, что нужно переустановить 1С, чтобы оснастка заработала)?
И автоматически, следующий, не очень корректный, но важный вопрос - у Вас 1С лицензионная? Спрашиваю, т.к. после переустановки нелицензионная может вообще перестать работать (нужно будет ее ломать, а я этим не занимаюсь).
