Поясню у двох словах не можна оптимізувати код якого не існує)
Вам можуть поставити заглушки - які при аналізу на PageSpeed Insights покажуть показники 90+, але це на користь не піде, є звісно варіанти очистити css від зайвого та js - але тоді доведеться забутись раз і на завжди про оновлення теми/плагінів - також не зовсім хороше рішення, а по решті я бачу що Ви вже встановили плагін та дещо оптимізували, але нажаль не все так добре із елементором як здається є безліч негативних наслідків після поглибленої оптимізації теми.
А плагіни проблему не усунуть! А лише замаскують!
