Установить на Windows Server 2016 программу Foxit PhantomPDF Business 7 v7.3. Сам клиент скачал с торрента и установил, но взломать получилось только для Администратора. А надо чтобы активировалось и на всех, кто удаленно подключается по RDP и показать как активировать, когда будут новые пользователи добавляться.
