Нужен специалист который знаком с движком Image cms или хоть чуток дружит с JS.
1. Необходимо купить, установить и отладить работу модуля https://old.imagecms.net/addons/shop/product/sms-send
2. Необходимо списаться с разработчиком модуля - https://old.imagecms.net/addons/shop/product/486 и уточнить подходит ли он нашему сайту - https://teplopolis.com.ua/ и несёт ли весь указанный функционал. Если всё ок, то купить, установить и отладить работу модуля.
Если же он не подойдёт, необходимо оценить стоимость написания и установки модуля с нуля - загрузки и выгрузки товаров по принципу xml.
