Устранить проблему с Jquery ui ui-tabs
После применения Jquery ui ui-tabs появилось несколько проблем:
1. В контейнере вкладок меняет ссылки (подставляет на лету текущую к любой внутри блока)
2. Подправить скрипт чтобы по ссылке можно было переходить в нужную
