CDN не работает.

Не считая мелких моментов, на сайте уже выполнены почти все оптимизации. Так что стандартная оптимизация скорости загрузки сайта сайту не нужна (не даст ощутимого повышения показателей).
Возможно, сайту требуется оптимизация темы или плагинов... Но об этом надо прямо написать в проекте, так как работа совсем другого уровня. -
