Hello, I am the founder of the educational platform Magistrika (magistrika.com) — this is a large-scale online service where teachers can create their own schools, courses, stores, manage sales, work with students, form learning packages with different access levels, track financial indicators and statistics. The platform also includes internal tools for control, reporting, and flexible management of the educational process.
Currently, the platform is operational, but due to its expansion and complexity, the structure has become not sufficiently intuitive. This complicates attracting new teachers and students and hinders further development.
I am ready to completely change the logic and usability of the platform to improve user comfort, considering your experience.
I already have a designer I work with regularly, and he will be involved in working on the visual part of the interface (UI). Therefore, I am looking specifically for a UX specialist who will focus on structure, logic, usability, prototypes and creating a well-formed technical specification for developers. The work will be team-based — you need to be able to communicate, explain decisions, and propose UX architecture that will be implemented further by the UI designer and developers.
I am looking for an experienced UX designer / product designer who can:
Conduct an analysis of the current version of the platform (access will be provided).
Hold a briefing / Zoom session to discuss vision and needs.
Formulate the structure (architecture) of the platform in the form of a tree.
Write user scenarios (user flows) — for both teachers and students.
Suggest interface optimization considering UX principles.
Create UX prototypes (wireframes / mockups) in Figma.
Prepare a technical task for developers based on prototypes and logic (preferably in English or with English terminology).
From my side, I already have:
A working version of the platform.
The visual design.
An understanding of the new platform logic and goals (but I need your advice and suggestions).
Functionality documentation.
Ideas on what needs to be changed (we will discuss during the meeting).
Willingness to redo the platform from scratch if it improves the product.

Capable of independently building product logic.
