About the Company
PodoHealth is a network of podiatry clinics in Poland. The main areas of activity:
The main goal of the project is to increase the number of appointments for consultations and procedures, increase the number of leads for training and franchises, as well as improve the behavioral factors of the website. The main traffic source is SEO traffic; the client visits the services page, reviews the information, and requests online via a link through an external service, or calls.
Requirements for the Performer
We only consider performers who:
have confirmed experience in UX/UI design of commercial websites;
have experience working with medical, beauty, or service projects;
work based on analytics, not just visual solutions;
can conduct usability analysis based on heat maps (Microsoft Clarity, Hotjar, or similar services);
will prepare ready-made layouts for the developer;
will provide separate versions for Desktop and Mobile.
Main Tasks
1. UX Audit
Conduct an audit of the current website:
Based on the audit results, prepare a document with problems and recommendations.
2. Competitor Analysis
Conduct a competitor analysis in Poland:
Prepare a list of solutions that can improve conversion.
3. UX/UI Redesign
It is necessary to prepare a new design with a focus on conversion.
