UX/UI Designer for FinTech project
We are developing a modern fintech service (without blockchain), including a web application for users and an admin panel. In the future, mobile applications are planned to be developed.
What needs to be done:
Develop interfaces for the user part and admin panel of the web application
Create convenient and modern UI/UX solutions for complex fintech functions
Design user scenarios, CJM, wireframes, and prototypes
Develop a design system and maintain its integrity
Prepare layouts for implementation by the frontend team
Participate in discussions of new features and improvements together with the team (Backend, Frontend, BA, QA)
Requirements:
Experience as a UI/UX designer for at least 3 years
Portfolio of completed projects (mandatory)
Proficient in Figma
Understanding of usability principles and user psychology
Experience in designing interfaces for web services and complex systems
Ability to work with design systems and guidelines
This is not a full-time vacancy. Please write only to those who are ready to actively jump in for a couple of weeks of very intense workload into an ongoing project and then continue in a more relaxed mode.

In your proposal, please show 3 of your best works on complex systems and state that you are ready to dedicate at least 6 hours a day to the project in the next 2-3 weeks. If you also indicate your hourly rate (not mandatory), it will be a big plus and speed up our communication.
