Why am I looking for a business assistant?
My name is Lazybones, I am 25 years old (February 6)—I can't keep up with clear mannequin actions anymore and need to unload myself to become more effective, currently planning to open 2 different directions in work.
The work of my assistant is not limited to standard personal assistant functions and is suitable for those who already know a lot and want further development and complex tasks. There is a lot of work. On weekends - we rest, but there will be tasks on weekends)

Now about my requirements for the specialist I am looking for:
- Experience as an assistant for at least 1 year is desirable
- English proficiency is welcomed
- Able to plan work with a detailed time estimate
- Has an analytical mind, proactive and attentive to details. Checks their work and the work of others. Trusts what they see, not what they hear.
- Independently, without involving a manager, understands unfamiliar issues and business processes. Knows how to ask other colleagues questions to understand the essence of the issue.
- Completes tasks correctly the first time. Takes notes
- Sees how existing processes can be improved and the tired order of things.
- Proficient user of Excel/Google Spreadsheets/Notion, etc.
- Working hours 10:00-22:00, depending on task completion and processes that need to be addressed, sometimes it may be until late, and sometimes we finish at 20:00.
- Always evolving, with real evidence of this.
- Speaks and writes Russian and Ukrainian fluently.

What you will be doing:
- Communicating decisions made with involved parties
- Monitoring the implementation of decisions at the department and employee level
- Monitoring compliance with established rules and regulations
- Assigning tasks to subordinates according to my instructions
- Monitoring the completion of tasks by my subordinates
- Writing instructions and regulations
- Finding specialized professionals for project work
- Proactively identifying problem areas in the company's work that I should pay attention to
- Organizing leisure, business trips, personal trips, visa support for travel
- Paying for services, buying tickets and items
- Organizing my meals if necessary
- Carrying out other personal assignments
- Addressing other administrative and economic issues
Examples of non-standard tasks:
Find IT specialists for traffic arbitration / buyer / blogger for project work
Organize the relocation of 5 departments as part of expansion without stopping operations
Delete old files, give files correct names, build the correct folder structure
Write a script/reference for drawings for educational projects with the required Tone of voice
