300 USDВеб-интерфейс для учета инструмента в сервисном центре, связанный с существующей УТП 8.2.
Алгоритм:
1.
Клиент приносит инструмент. Менеджер вносит название организации (из
УТП), модель инструмента (из УТП), серийный номер. Также высвечиваются
эл. почта и телефон. Возможность внести примечания.
При сохранении нового сервис-заказа выводим на печать сервис-карту установленной формы.
В УТП создается Заказ на переработку.
2.
После диагностики мастер вносит разбраковку. В списке сервис-карт
выбирает нужную. Открывается собственно сервис-карта, ниже схема
инструмента, ниже список запчастей, соответствующий внесенной ранее
модели инструмента.
Мастер отмечает галочками позиции, которые нужно заменить. Отдельно указывает цену за ремонт (вручную).
После
сохранения разбраковки клиенту отправляется смс с текстом "Диагностика
... по карте № ... закончена. Сумма .... грн." Также отправляется письмо
на электронку с результатом диагностики.
В УТП создается разбраковка.
3. После раздумий клиент сообщает статус "Согласен" или "Отказ" на ремонт.
При статусе "Согласен" мастеру приходит смс или сообщение на Viber.
" Заказ № ..., инструмент ... в работу!"
4.
Мастер отремонтировал инструмент, ставит статус "Отремонтирован".
Клиенту уходит смс и письмо с текстом "Инстрмент ... по заказу ....
отремонтирован. Сумма к оплате ... грн. Ждем Вас."
5. При выдаче инструмента устанавливаем статус "Выдан".
