Web application for cleaning services

In short, we need a web application with a simple CRM with the following features:
- 3 roles - User, Cleaner, Admin
- Creation, acceptance, editing of cleaning service orders with various add-ons and options.
- The order page has a changing status, and depending on the status, the cleaner and admin can edit, accept, or confirm the completion
- Payment for orders by clients via bank API
- Creation and editing of service pages, articles, promo codes, prices, Q&A - through Wordpress
- A calendar for the cleaner where they can search for published orders for themselves and schedule for the next week
- The same calendar for the admin, through which they see the balance situation between cleaners and orders, can close a day or set a discount coefficient.
- Generation of main documents based on calculations - invoices for cleaning and regular payments to cleaners
- SMS notifications via API
- Search for orders, cleaners, clients, and filters for their lists
- Notifications to the admin about events in the system
- Editing personal data, saving cards and addresses for the user, uploading documents for cleaners
- Reviews and ratings of orders
We would really like to see options regarding technologies, at least approximate budgets and timelines in the responses. We have a limited budget. We can consider cheaper CRM solutions that use ready-made or semi-finished solutions.
