I am looking for a person/freelancer to acquire B2B clients - compensation is performance-based, without an hourly rate. Creation of an advertising campaign (creatives) for inst/fb for a work page on fb/inst, a campaign needs to be created

Automatic video editing service for action cameras (GoPro, DJI, Insta360). Our audience consists of people who shoot a lot of videos while engaging in activities such as skiing, snowboarding, surfing, MTB, motorcycling, skydiving, diving, etc. Important: we only work with foreign English-speaking audiences - USA, UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Scandinavian countries. Ukrainian and Russian-speaking groups are not suitable for us. What needs to be done: find large active English-speaking thematic groups on Facebook (action sports, specific sports, communities of GoPro/DJI/Insta360 owners) with audiences specifically from the mentioned countries; make posts/messages about our service in English in a way that looks organic and avoids bans (native posts, relevant responses, if necessary - agreement with group admins for paid placements). Requirements: fluent written English (posts are written in English, without machine translation); experience in promoting in foreign FB communities. Payment: Propose your payment model in your response - per post, per number of people brought (registrations/orders), fixed fee per group, hybrid, etc. I am considering various options and am ready to discuss. What to do: — search for suitable potential clients from open sources; — analyze the profile and understand what the person or business does; — prepare a personal message for a specific person; — record the found leads in a table; — briefly describe why this lead is suitable; — maintain careful communication without mass spam and pressure. In terms of volume: — initially, a test volume of about 15 suitable leads per day; — after the test, it can be increased to 30 leads per day; — the main thing is the quality of selection and personal approach, not just quantity. Payment: — 500 UAH per week for the test work format; — with good results and quality leads, I am ready to discuss a pay increase or an additional bonus for a successful client. About the project An artistic ballet company from Berlin. We sell tickets to our own productions. Promotion: Meta, Google Search, email (Brevo), out-of-home, partner portals and influencers. What needs to be done Previously our ad budget was spent without proper attribution — we couldn't see where purchases actually came from. We need a clean measurement system: correctly working pixels (Meta / Google / TikTok) and GA4, cross-domain from our landing page to checkout on the ticketing partner's platform, tagging and distinction of all traffic sources, landing-page behavioral analytics (scroll depth, reaching the tickets block), and consolidation of all channels into one readable panel. We're not looking for a hands-on media buyer. Meta ad management is automated through a separate tool, and we run strategy ourselves. What we need from you is to build the data nervous system that decisions rely on. The first stage is joint funnel design, not executing a ready-made spec. We bring the ticketing specifics, you bring funnel and attribution expertise. Your approach to this stage is how we'll choose the contractor. Stages: (0) design the measurement architecture → (1) audit and repair what's already in place → (2) setup. Deadline — by the sales launch in August. After setup, on-call support only.
