We see the process approximately like this:

Weekly data updates: income and expenses for each card, entry into the system/table.

But this is not a complete system of business finance. For growth opportunities, it is necessary to have a system for planning: sales, payment calendar, expense budget, and determining the break-even point and profitability level.
