Right now, I am undergoing ICF certification as an international coach in the field of career advancement and overcoming crisis life situations. Even during the training, we are allowed to conduct sessions with clients, so I decided to create a new page for this project on Instagram (I have 11k organic followers on my personal page, potentially the first 500-1000 will come from there).
The coaching that I am studying and practicing has nothing to do with "successful success," "breathing with the womb," etc. It is rather the opposite of that, however, due to the large number of similar pages, especially on Instagram, I want to attract a specialist for managing the page who:
- will help build a positioning that emphasizes the professionalism of the tools I use, certification in the international coaching community, a base in an American coaching school (I have a general vision of the positioning);
- will create a content plan for the first 2-3 months and assist in its implementation (references are available): searching for contractors, videographers, editors for reels, etc.
In the long term, I plan to target the American audience with a similar page, so our collaboration can be long-term if the page for the Ukrainian audience yields the desired results.
I have had experience working with a page manager only once, where the payment conditions were a percentage of sales (on the main page, I took ads from cosmetic brands, clothing brands, etc.). If you have your own vision for payment, for example, a rate + percentage, please provide it right away in your response.
If you live in Lviv (I currently live here), we can work offline, and accordingly, you may have more responsibilities (content shooting) and higher payment.
