How necessary is the use of Bootstrap?
Bootstrap for email has several known limitations that still need to be manually refined.

I can manually code the email using table layout with minimal use of styles. The HTML code will be clean and easily editable. If you're interested, I can send examples of recent work in private messages.

The rate is indicated approximately, as it's difficult to name an exact cost without a layout. It could be $10 or it could be $30 — it all depends on the volume of work.

I will code the email and test it on Android, iPhone, webmail, Hotmail, and also in desktop Outlook.
