Thank you for the detailed description — the task looks structured and technically clear. I will prepare separate layouts for each of the 4 printings according to their requirements (sizes, margins, bleed). After agreeing on the first book, the other three will go faster, as the page structure is unified.
For reference — I recently worked on a series of children's books for print, where the source materials had different proportions. Thanks to automated checks of text placement and composition correction of pages (taking into account the shift of characters and text blocks), the printing house received 100% approved files without any reprints — ready for printing the first time.
Deadlines:
3–4 working days after receiving all source materials and technical requirements from the printings.
Cost of work:
Approximately 3200 UAH for a complete package of 4 versions for the printing house (with checking, preparing layouts, and exporting all file variants — with character, without character, separately text).
Additional information needed:
The number of pages in the book.
Technical requirements of the print houses (bleed, color model, resolution).
