Добрый день Антон!
Нужно отредактировать существующую тему под названием “Оформление wake up”, которая находится в forms.wakeupideas.com во вкладка Themes - тема называется “Оформление Wake up”
Что бы отредактировать стиль формы нужно нажать - actions - Update, внести туда правки представленные ниже.
1. Нужно изменить верстку кнопок radio button
1.1 Установить размер 26х26,
1.2 Вокруг radio button при наведении сделать ореол размером 40х40
1.3 Задать цвет ореола #ecf0f1
1.4 Установить заливку кнопки radio button цветом #e52632
1.5 Сделать верстку radio button , чтобы при увеличении количества текста текст не падал вниз под radio button , а был на линии с кнопкой.

2. Доработать стиль Checkbox
2.1 Установить цвет заливки Checkbox #e52632
2.2 Изменить размер 26х26
2.3 Создать ореол при наведении размера 40х40 и цвета #ecf0f1 .
2.4 Сделать верстку check box , чтобы при увеличении количества текста текст не падал вниз под checkbox , а был на линии с кнопкой

3. Внизу где размещен логотип компании , сделать иконку лого кликабельным, с ссылкой на наш сайт
5. Сделать адаптивную верстку под мобильные устройства .
6.Изменить стили кнопок в форме
6.1 Кнопки “страница 1” , “страница 2” , “страница 3 , Отправить. расположить по левому и правому краю. float left и float right соответственно.
6.2 Кнопки перехода на страницу сделать цвета #1e272e
6.3 Для кнопки “Отправить” (submit) установить цвет #e52632
