Deep Project Description 1. Executive Summary Hrafi is an on-demand digital marketplace designed to bridge the gap between Moroccan consumers and local service professionals (Hrafiyin). Inspired by US platforms like Thumbtack, Hrafi transforms how home maintenance and skilled services are booked in Morocco—replacing unreliable word-of-mouth with a transparent, trusted, and efficient mobile platform. 2. The Problem For Customers: Finding reliable, skilled handymen (plumbers, electricians, painters) in Moroccan cities is time-consuming. Price transparency is nonexistent, quality is unpredictable, and safety/trust remains a primary concern. For Service Professionals: Skilled tradespeople rely heavily on informal networks or physical gathering points (mawqif). They lack modern tools to build a steady client base, track income, or display their work portfolio
