Во первых так не делается, нужно знать кол-во страниц, формат книги + для печати то, что Вы дали не годится. Нужно повторить обложку с "0" для печати.
И еще это нарушение авторских прав (подделка, скачали pdf, сделали печать и в тираж) пирследуется по законадательству -
