Все там нормально нарисовано.
Ширина видимой области 1440 подразумевает, что большинство пользователей будут смотреть страницу при разрешении экрана 1366x768, а у кого разрешение экрана 1920х1080 - стоит масштабирование 150% 1920/1,5 = 1280.
Элементы блока портфолио, выходящего за пределы "1366" - можно считать резиновыми.
Элементы бекграунда выходящие за пределы видимой области подразумевают, минимальной масштабирование сайта по CTRL-/+
И почему должно быть 991?

Как написанное вверху Pixel Perfect, совмещается со словом подразумевает и со словом масштабирование?
1366 большинство? Оно либо наравне с 1920 либо процент чуть менее.Покажи мне верхнюю секцию, резиновой, на 1920?
ЗЫ Нравятся мне такие вот "вылизанные" дизайны, вот вам 3 разрешения, больше меньше, хз, сами сделаете, но пиксель перфект. Не знаете что рисовать, возьмите сетку бутстрапа, и добавьте 1920, если у вас элементы дизайна на вылет и со скошенными углами.

Ustim R. 14 November 2019Согласен! Последним временем дизайнеры ложили на какую-то сетку и прочие такие штуки, зато "красиво"!!! А ты потом сиди думай как это подогнать и сделать адаптивным. Бесит ужасно! Честно хочется мордой тыкнуть в макет и сказать "Ты чё, упырь, нарисовал!!!")))

Я не сказал, что должно быть 768. Десктоп, таблет, мобайл - вполне достаточно.
1366 - да большинство.

Макет смотрел. Я могу других статистик понаходить. Вы видимо тоже.
"Масштабирование интерфейса" - ПКМ на рабочем столе Windows 10 - параметры экрана - Масштаб и разметка. Если у вас разрешение 1920, по умолчанию там 150%. 1920/1,5 = 1280, что еще меньше чем 1366. freelancehunt сделан на 3-м Бустрапе. Посмотрите с масштабированием выглядит норм, без масштабирования - слишком мелко.

Ок, представим, что разрешение 1440. Все должно влезть.
Логотип по левому краю минус 50рх. Верхнее меню - по правому краю. Сжимаем экран, до ширины 1280 - это и будет ваше 1920 с масштабированием 150%. -
